Your Tenant Performance, Engagement & Influence Dashboard

Every quarter, we publish an honest report card on how we’re doing – not just the numbers we’re proud of, but the ones we’re still working on too. This is the place to see it.

Why we publish this

In 2025, the Regulator of Social Housing assessed us against its Consumer Standards and gave us a “C2” grading. Part of what the Regulator wanted to see improve was how regularly and how honestly we report back to you. Rather than treat that as a compliance exercise, we’ve used it as a reason to build something genuinely useful: a single place where you can see, in plain English, exactly how we’re performing – using the same figures our Board and Tenant Experience Committee see.

What’s in it

  • Repairs and safety – including the essential checks we run in every home, and what tenants told us about the contractors who did the work.
  • Investing in your home – the Decent Homes Standard, energy ratings, and our kitchens, bathrooms and boilers replacement programme.
  • The numbers – satisfaction, complaints, antisocial behaviour, rent arrears, re-let times and more, shown honestly whether we’re on target or not.
  • You Said, We Did – real tenant feedback paired with the changes that followed, including individual complaints reviewed by our Complaint Learning Forum.
  • Are we hearing from everyone? – how well we’re reaching a fair cross-section of tenants, and what we’re doing to close the gaps.
  • What’s happening in your community – events, donations and partnerships from the last three months.
  • How to get involved – Tenant Voice, the Complaint Learning Forum, the Tenant Experience Committee, and other ways to have a say.

Published every quarter

This is a living document – we’ll publish an updated version here every quarter so you can always see the most current picture.

Tell us what you think

This is a new way of working for us, and we’d genuinely like to know if it’s useful. Get in touch using the details below or raise it through Tenant Voice – this dashboard exists because tenants told us they wanted more regular, honest reporting, so it’s only right that you help shape what’s in it.
