The Communal Services Housing Officer and Maintenance Inspector will carry out the Annual Estate Inspections of Communal Schemes on the following days.  These take place to ensure that your home and communal areas are safe and secure with a pleasant environment.   Some of the things they will be looking at are the communal areas to ensure there are no items store there, the standard of cleaning and garden maintenance.

We hope you will be available on the day to meet with them.  Unfortunately, as they will be inspecting more than one scheme, we are unable to provide you with a specific time.  If you miss them, but want to let us know of any issues where you live, please contact us on 0161 272 6094 or email: customerservices@arawakduplicate.happytesting.co.uk
